The Broward County Sheriff’s Office Weston District

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office Weston District is a full-service law enforcement agency that serves the residents and businesses of Weston, Florida. The district is comprised of four bureaus: Operations, Investigations, Community Policing, and Administrative Services. The district also has a number of specialized units, including the SWAT team, K-9 unit, mounted unit, and marine unit. The Weston District is committed to providing the highest level of service possible to the community.

The Operations Bureau is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the district. This includes patrol, traffic enforcement, and response to emergency calls. The Investigations Bureau is responsible for investigating crimes that have been committed in the district. The Community Policing Bureau is responsible for working with the community to prevent crime and solve problems. The Administrative Services Bureau is responsible for the administrative functions of the district, such as finance, human resources, and information technology.
